I don't know where the "excellent" ratings came from, but this was an old hotel that was not in good shape. And unfortunately the room was pretty nasty....the bed was old and drooping in the center, and the blanket had "stains" on in and holes as well. Unfortunately I decided NOT to stay there, turned in my key and was not offered and type of refund.

Hotel appears to be very rundown, can’t tell that from pictures when you book. It was raining and freezing cold, had to stand outside and called four times before someone came to the window to check in. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was filthy. Hair in the shower, and the base of the toilet looked like it had never been clean. It served his purpose for one night, but I won’t be back.

For 2 days no hot water the TV sound didn't even work the refrigerator in the room didn't work it's spoiled my food and on the last day before I was checking out my card already punch me out and didn't let me back in the room. The carpet was old 1960 Green carpet wrinkled and it was very dark in the room all the time I wasn't too happy.
