Casa boa perto da praia a 250 metros da praia

Casa boa , a distancia até a areia da praia fica aproximadamente 250 metros , casa bem limpa , falta uma reforma na casa mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia , eu recomendo esta casa.

Muito bom, cumpre tudo que está anunciado.

Imóvel simples, mas tudo limpo, organizado e muito espaço. A Dona Valquiria que zela do imóvel e reside ao lado é muito atenciosa e fornece várias dicas da região quando solicitada assim como o proprietário Hemersom que também é muito atencioso. A praia do Sapê e bem próxima a casa e a praia de Maranduba, onde fica a maior concentração de quiosques e comércio fica a cerca de 1,5 km. Gostamos muito da estadia e voltaremos com certeza.

Casa muito boa, espaçosa, limpa

Próxima a praia Sapê, fomos a pé com as crianças, uns 5 minutos. Pra quem gosta de praia calma, recomendo a praia da Lagoinha que é bem próxima e a da Maranduba também. Não sei dizer se foi uma eventualidade mas tem ventiladores em todos os cômodos, mas quatro deles estavam girando lento, não estavam ventilando, com certeza precisando trocar capacitores. A geladeira ,o freezer estava funcionando bem, mas a parte de baixo não estava gelando adequadamente.
