O apartamento nem parece destinado à locação, tamanha é a riqueza de detalhes do imóvel. Tudo muito bem montado, sem detalhes. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. O condomínio é seguro, cheio de opções de lazer e várias piscinas. Localização excelente, próximo a vários comércios(shopping Itaguá) e restaurantes. Recomendaria aos amigos, fácil.
