Samhita Garden was a very pleasant stay with beautiful, peaceful garden settings. Staff was very professional and friendly. The location is perfectly centralized to explore many sites by walking. I highly recommend this property and am looking forward to returning soon.

A tranquil hideaway in gorgeous garden setting. Easy walk to main area with lots of eating options within reach. Noisy band nearby can disturb sleep though stops around 11pm Wasn’t aware of the flight of steps within the room

The resort is lovely and the gardens are very well kept, beautiful pool the resort only offer breakfast options no room service options offered. There are lots of stairs and pathways that could be a problem if you had mobility issues or small children

Though the Villa is nice with a nice pool and gardens, the shower in my room was pretty awful. Very old looking shower with no water pressure at all. If you are looking for a power shower, this is not the villa you would chose. Staffs are so friendly.

We had 4 nights here, great position, very quiet once off the street, beautiful gardens, breakfast sufficient and if you don’t like Balinese coffee great little cafe next door you can grab a cappuccino to have with your brekkie, convenience store right accross from entrance and sone good restaurants very close by. Pool water Devine after a hot walk - Would definitely stay again

Easy walking distance to central Ubud

Great value. Villa was large and relaxed. Pool was fine. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Its a pretty little place close to everything you want in Ubud. Maybe too close as there was noise at night from bars nearby.

My home away from home I have been coming here practically every year since it opened over a decade plus ago! Awesome gardens, beautiful pool and lovely ambience! This time my friends and I stayed in a private villa which was fabulous! I will be back!

There are a large number of hotels to choose from in Ubud. Like a lot of people we made our choice based on price and the pictures on the websites. It was an inspired choice. The hotel is in a great location, just a spit of the main road through Ubud and walking distance to the market and sacred monkey forest. Yet the place itself is an oasis of quiet in the centre of a crazy busy town. The gardens are lush and well landscaped. The rooms are large; breakfast is excellent. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The best bit was the staff who were pleasant and helpful throughout. No doubt about it we would stay there again if we are back in Ubud.

The property was gorgeous and well kept in addition to the rooms. We had a suite that was 2 floors and it was perfectly appointed. Having visited Bali and several parts many times, my only complaint would be the level of service from the front desk. Specifically a young lady who was present upon check in and almost all other times. She appeared to be visibly annoyed or burdened during/by any interaction; checking in, determining if the room was available additional nights, having to run a credit card when she could see that we had a few dollars in cash, requesting a map, asking general questions regarding the map, etc. Simply put, it made us feel uncomfortable to “have to” interact.
