We advised reception that we would be arriving early morning and they said that wouldnt be a problem, but when we arrived, we had to wait till they woke up to let us in. We were given a room that had such a strong mildew smell it was hard to adjust to. We advised staff and they said they would move us however they forgot and by that time we couldnt be moved. We paid a full night price for a 5 hour stay, asked if we could have a late check out, they were only willing to give us an hour. Then in the morning called to wake us up to tell us no we can only have 30 minutes. This was the least welcoming and accomodatong hotel we have stayed at during our entire trip in India. Very disappointed.
