Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room, complete with a dining table and a selection of entertainment options. From this main living area, you have direct access to the terrace, extending your living space outdoors. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area, offering a practical and convivial layout. On the upper floor, characterized by charming sloping ceilings, the 3 bedrooms are arranged as follows: 1 room features 2 beds, while the remaining 2 rooms are each equipped with 1 set of 2 bunk beds, making the property particularly well-suited for families or groups. The single bathroom on this level includes a shower and a separate WC.
