Free breakfast is available daily. WiFi is free in public spaces. There are 2 meeting rooms available. A terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden are also featured at Norrland YMCA Hostel. Parking is available for a fee. A complete renovation of Norrland YMCA Hostel was completed in January 2019. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Umea hostel.

Norrland YMCA Hostel offers 45 accommodations with shared/communal kitchens and blackout curtains. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation includes desks.
