The hotel staff was great. I constantly seen the staff keeping the hotel clean around the clock. The breakfast was pretty good as well. I forgot how to spell her name but Marissa was great as well as front desk attendant Rose and the other front desk staff that names I forgot. I’ve found a new home when I’m in Belle Vernon.

I checked in, went to my room - door was open, mattress bare, sheets piled onto a chair, trash full with empty case of beer, obviously room was never cleaned or prepared. Went back to front desk, no apology from them, fortunately a different room was clean, prepped and readily available for me. Will never stay here again.
