Lovely stay

Amazing location, easy parking, friendly staff. Pet friendly in that it allows dogs (but could do with better pet friendly breakfast location during rainy weather. Eating outside or taking breakfast to room on paper plates is not ideal). Pillows are terrible. Has everything you need though.

Booked superior room with balcony hoping for superb views and not of the car park which we got. Very dated decor but clean. Breakfast room cramped and chaotic with few options and slow to replenish. Friendly receptionist at check in but wouldn’t return.

While the property is older, it had everything that we needed. It was quiet, and the breakfast was nice. We had the family room that had two single beds on the first floor with two single beds upstairs. The room was small, but it was adequate. I really loved opening the windows to let the fresh air in during the month of April. The window and the ceiling was leaking water just a little bit. But it was taken care of by the maintenance guy after we had reported it to the front desk.

Property has a beautiful garden and picnic area. View from our room balcony was a great picture of Interlaken West. Breakfast was very good (free!) and staff attentive and informative. Hotel is decorated with beautiful period photos and antiques.

A lady came in and knocked on my door I was taking my shower, she said "open the door", I said I cannot right now, She said "Open the door now what are you doing there?" I opened the door while I had to put my towel on, she said alarm went off and open the windows so alarm stops, that to me doesn't worth the money I spent.

Our room was very clean and cozy. We arrived on a hot day and used the supplied, much-needed fan to move the air around. The staff members were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet ample.

Lovely hotel

Great hotel, very family orientated. Amazing views from the rooms, which were warm and comfortable. Only downside was not a lot odlf parking, but the hotel provide bus passes to get to and from the bars/restaurants and all the tourist hotspots.
