Enjoy your own covered private terrace and garden area. The shared outdoor infinity pool, with a children's paddling pool, is open from May to October. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge. Children must be supervised at all times and ball games are not allowed in the pool area.



You have a free parking space on site. Electric car charging stations are available 20 meters within the property. Parties and smoking indoors are not permitted. This accommodation is for families only; groups of young people are not accepted. A shared playground and a tennis court are nearby.



Pets are allowed (maximum 1), kept on a leash within the residence. An additional weekly fee applies, payable on arrival. A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure if no damage is found.
