The former fisherman’s house is in the little village of Karnin on the sunny island of Usedom.
The detached house has a terrace and a garden of around 1000m² with an orchard, for your own exclusive use. The site has a driveway for cars and a separate exit with direct access to the Peenestrom, separated only by a big meadow.
At the Karnin harbour, about 200 metres from the house, you can find a fish snack bar and a children’s playground, with an adjoining marina. There are shops in the town of Usedom about 5km away. It is about 25km to the Baltic Sea coast (e.g. Ueckeritz, Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf…).
The house was completely renovated in 2014, without losing any of its originality or changing its structure. The house has a living and dining room with a comfortable sitting corner, an LED TV with satellite channels, a fireplace stove and a built-in kitchen. The big bedroom has a modern double bed (box spring 180 x 200cm), a wardrobe and another LED TV with satellite channels. The little bedroom has a double bunk bed (2 x 120 x 200cm). The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and a big shower cubicle. The rooms are heated with electric radiators. A fireplace stove is also available.
