Very comfortable and large apt in Utica. The area has a walkable coffee shop nearby and easy to get to restaurants. This is our 2nd time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time.

We had a great stay at this super spacious 2-bedroom in Utica! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the layout made it feel even bigger than expected.The location was convenient for everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Beautiful space with gorgeous sunshine! Loved the modern rustic decor with excellent reading selections! Kitchen felt comfortable and classy without being pretentious. Bathrooms and toiletries were a welcome "luxury", meaning, not too expensive, but just right and well-curated. I really loved this space. We did have a pet and one must be mindful of the area around the home as there are some beggars and street folks on the same block. Noone was aggressive, but visitors need to have street sense!Love this space and we look forward to returning!

A lovely space!

My family came to Utica for my grandson's Hamilton College graduation. We loved the loft, so comfy, clean and beautiful. Nina's Pizza downstairs was convenient for quick suppers. I highly recommend the loft (it does have fairly steep stairs leading up to it, but they are carpeted and have a good hand rail). The host was very responsive as well, immediately unlocking the loft door with her smartphone when we inadvertently locked ourselves out when we first arrived.
