Great accommodations for NE Pack Hockey

We rented both units and it was perfect for our senior citizen parents to stay on the first floor. Well maintained and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend this house. Super close to Nexus Arena.

2 apt rental

Stayed 2 nights for a family wedding. The listing is spacious with 2 two bedroom apartments. A great location near downtown and more economical than staying in a hotel. It was surprisingly quiet. Lovely church bells were heard from near by cathedral.

Great stay

The owner was amazing when we had issues with using the keypad for check in. Issue was resolved within ten minutes. The house is huge and can fit at least ten people comfortably. We also appreciated the fact that it was two stories and you could close the bottom one from the top for privacy. Do be careful with parking the area isn’t paved well so it’s harder for lower cars. Besides that I would recommend this place.

Perfect for our needs.

Perfect for my needs. Great location for a Hamilton College graduation and a dinner in Utica. Highly recommend. Very clean and loved the decor. Would rent again and recommend to anybody interested.
