I arrived too early for check-in. The staff offered to keep my bags until I could check in. When asked how my travels had been, I commented that I was tired and couldn't wait to brush my teeth. I was immediately given a tooth brush and the smallest toothpaste ever so that I could brush them before my room was available. I spent one night here, and then traveled to Paris, returning 4 nights later before my return back to the US. The staff happily kept my large bag for me. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, I was grateful for the gym there. This was my second trip to Urecht, and also my second stay at the Crowne Plaza. It's so convenient for proximity to the train station.

Lovely once you find it

Difficult to find from train station, no markings. Only when we went into shopping centre did we see one sign to go straight and after that another hotel was mentioned. We eventually found it when we accidently went into a side of the shoppibg centre.

Well located quiet and clean.

Quiet clean comfortable hotel located within a shopping mall . Great location and within walking distance to central station, eateries and canal. We did not have breakfast as plenty of less expensive options close by.

When returning to the hotel at night, there were loiterers in front of the hotel entrance inside the mall that were loud and at times yelling at passers by and seemingly wanting to cause trouble. Security at the mall and hotel should not allow this behavior.

This was an amazing property to stay at. The bed was comfortable, the tub was amazing after long days of shopping and walking. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a wide variety of options. Would stay again.

The hotel is clean, modern and well appointed, and the staff (especially the restaurant staff) are very friendly helpful and an absolute credit to the business. The bed is comfortable, the shower is modern, clean and has excellent water pressure and the house staff do a wonderful job. One of my favourite points was the quality of the breakfast buffet. It's the standard European breakfast range, but without the quality problems that usually present themselves at other hotels. The food is on par with most 5* hotels that we've stayed in.
