The second bathroom on the family room of 5 needed an in depth cleaning; I didn’t address with the hotel. The staff was courteous, hotel was good, great location, beds were a bit hard, but seems to be an European standard.

Great stay here with an open view and clean. A bit basic with nothing in the mini bar which is always dissapointing. Good location for the train station and the city centre

Amenities were very much lacking. 1. TV did not work. Told the front desk and they said it they would send someone the next day to fix. It was not fixed for the second night and when I called down they said they had no one to fix it. 2. 2/3 cardio machines in the gym where out of service. 3. Shower ran ulout of hot water after 4 minutes both days 4. What looked like blood stains on my quilt 5. Bathroom sink extremely dirty. There were even chunks of toothpaste stuck to the side. I asked for a proper clean after the first night and when I returned that night the sink still had toothpaste all over the side 6. Soap dispenser in washroom was empty. Very disappointing experience.

This hotel was great. Right beside the train station so very convienient and a short walk to the downtown area. A great mall across the road. The sauna and steamroom on the roof was really nice.

Reasonable place to stay. My husband and I were given 2 single beds joined together. Mattress was not comfortable. Good pillows. Quiet. Basics like hair conditioner and tissues not provided. Breakfast very good. Lunch and dinner menus limited but lots of choice close by

Amazing hotel find!

I found this hotel due to its proximity to the station as I wanted to be close for travelling by train. I've not stayed in an Inntel Hotel before but would gladly stay again. The whole experience was one of the best I've had anywhere. All the staff were brilliant and super helpful. The hotel was in a great place, fully modernised, nice big comfy rooms and it has a really nice pool. Don't be put off by how close it was to the station as we had a room directly over looking the trainline and you couldn't hear a sound. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed with two kids. The room w two extra twin beds was very spacious and had two toilets. Comfortable room with fridge. Nice staff let us check in at 12:30 and check out late. Only downside was some minor train noise. Kids had fun with rooftop pool. Right next to train station and a close 10 min walk to canals.
