The check process is a bit cumbersome. It is totally electronic with no human intervention. When you start the process of the kiosk, make sure you have your passport and hotel reservation number available. The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was very well done with quite a large selection.

Wonderfully helpful worker at Vaduz property

I made a mistake and booked the b-Smart in Vaduz for the wrong date. The woman worker there helped us get a room in a sister b-Smart hotel in Bendern. She was incredibly helpful and kind.

There is no staff at the hotel other than breakfast or cleaning rooms. Check in can be a challenge as you have to do it yourself and us without phone service.

As a traveler I missed having staff/locals to talk to and ask questions. Then hotel seems to want to keep costs to a minimum or to reduce waste, which I appreciate; however, not providing some amenities but charging for them seems cheap. I thought the property was very over priced. We stayed in much nicer hotels in this price range on this trip.

Check-in electronically is a major hassle. There is construction next door that starts at 7am and is Very Loud. Move your room to the other side if you hear the construction. Nice owner!
