After my room was already paid for the desk guy said I'd have to find parking at another hotel well I'm disabled parking. Meanwhile he allowed people to park and disabled and I took a picture of the cars because it's a federal offense. Needless to say, I had to make my own parking and asked him not to tow me.. I called the manager at midnight and expect to talk to a general manager because this type of rudeness that he had.. he wasn't even apologetic.. is not even close to okay with the money I paid for this room.

A Beam of Light in Stressful Times

Literally a safe haven for my family after getting stuck in blizzard. My children were so impressed with the room, the asked for us to change chains from where we typically stay. After the stress of the drive, my adult child and I went to the bar to relax for the night. The bartender, AC, really helped us get back into our vacation mindset. I really like to think the staff and hotel for being there when we really needed them.

We enjoyed our stay but didn’t love the hotel. We live in summit county and have kids that compete in skiing so we travel around the state. The rooms are much smaller than the residence inn up in steamboat. Breakfast was just ok…the waffles were very dense. Having only 1 shuttle can mean a long wait. Once the shuttle pulled over I waved and the kids and I grabbed our skis..guess he didn’t see us cause he pulled away and left…which meant another 30 minute wait. Not sure we’ll stay here again for a competition. We had some long shuttle waits.
