Located on Gore Creek right in East Vail, this home enjoys a gorgeous mountain setting only five miles from Vail village. Featuring a well-appointed interior, this suite boasts 950 square feet of living space and can comfortably accommodate all of your guests. The free ski bus stop for Vail Village is right by the home, and the bus runs every 15 minutes during ski season.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice condo, but not well maintained

The condo was nice, but needs paint & many maintenance issues. The cable was not working in the bedrooms & the bedrooms got way too hot, very uncomfortable.

Nice, but not a great value

I took off 2 stars mostly for the size vs. price of this unit. Also, a recent review noted that the toaster oven was broken and the second bedroom was unbearably warm. We experienced both of those as the host apparently had not addressed them. Although there were several thermostats in the unit there isn't one in the second bedroom and no apparent way to control the temperature. My buddy had to sleep with the door open and on top of the sheets to make it bearable. The bedrooms are rather small and the beds take up most of the space. Not much closet space either. This is the second Vacasa managed rental I've stayed at and I must say they provide the world's worst TP for there properties. You might want to provide your own. On the plus side, the furnishings were nice and the place was very comfortable otherwise. The kitchen is nice and well stocked, but a little cramped with 2 people in it.

Missing items, poor management.

Property was as advertised. Could be a nice condo. But condo had one washcloth for our entire family, one kitchen towel, and no dishcloths. We called and texted Vacasa, the rental company; they promised to send over supplies, but they never did. This was unacceptable. The condo also had no matches for the fireplace, a really gross humidifier with a super moldy filter, and the toaster oven was completely broken. Also, the heater in the second bedroom was always on, no matter how low we set any thermostat. It made that small room unbearably warm to sleep in. I would not recommend this rental to others with the present management. It needs a thorough review and restocking.

Great value for a rental

Unit was nicely furnished, plenty of hot water, drinking water was very good, beds and pillow very nice. Great location, 50 ft to bus stop. Washer and dryer worked well. Great unit for the price. Only negative is hot tub was terrible. Hot tub was key to picking this unit, very disappointed.
