Honestly I booked this hotel because reviews said it was clean and cozy but these beds are some of the hardest beds I’ve ever slept on… It feels exactly like sleeping on a blanket on the ground. The pillows are super hard too. Bathroom was clearly not cleaned when I got here, had to Lysol everything myself because there was hairs everywhere, a dirty faucet and an unflushed toilet upon arrival. I had already asked to switch rooms as the room I booked had a tub and mountain view and the one I was given had neither. The girl at the front didn’t seem eager to switch me. I would never stay here again

I enjoy staying at this Inn every time I stop in Valemount, BC. The place is older but the bathrooms are renovated and the place is clean and the rooms are quite large. No issues with heat as this was during the middle of winter. I enjoyed the wood paneling giving it a cabin feeling.
