The noise was ridiculous I know it's busy and in the city but I have stayed in so many hotels across Spain and this the worst experience I have had . The noise outside and inside was just too loud ti sleep even with headphones. Also the first time I have ever been asked to leave a deposit for use of a kettle very poor.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unsanitary Condition at Casual Vintage Valencia Hotel Dear Hotels.com Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent stay at Casual Vintage Valencia Hotel, booked through your platform. Shortly after checking into my room, I was shocked to find a large cockroach crawling on the floor (see attached photo, taken after I had to kill it myself). I immediately informed the hotel staff. However, I was told that there were no alternative rooms available, and all they could offer was a complimentary breakfast, which I declined as I felt uncomfortable eating at the same facility after such an incident. This situation caused me significant distress. I could not sleep properly, fearing there might be more insects in the room. The presence of a cockroach strongly suggests a hygiene and pest control issue, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation listed on your site. I am requesting: • A formal investigation into the hygiene practices at this property. • A partial or full refund for this unacceptable experience. • That this incident be noted for future guests’ awareness. The location is great. The hotel is really vintage. It’s fine for one night stay but not for a long trip. The Front Desk is friendly and helpful. The one thing I had a problem is the air conditioner is not getting cold. It’s in high still nothing. It’s a good thing we only stayed one night. Overall rating it’s fine.

Affordable hotel in the middle of everything

Hotel is in middle of everything so location is excellent. The profile photo is NOT of the hotel itself, but the view from the balcony. The hotel itself is nothing fancy. It was clean but signs of wear are showing (peeling wallpaper, floor tiles lifting in bathroom) Beds were comfortable and balcony view is just as the profile pic. Service was excellent. Good place for short stays. Can't complain for the price. Be sure to catch the Flamenco performances a couple of blocks away in a local club.

On the Plus side, perfect location to enjoy central Valencia. On the Minus side, there is a difference between a vintage look and a rundown vintage condition. We had to beg for a nightstand lamp. The sink was clogged. Burned lightbulbs. Unkept condition. Obviously, lack of quality control.

Location is excellent, convenient walking distance to everything- sights, train stations, restaurants etc. Breakfast good. Bathroom needs updating. Shower curtain on top of me when trying to shower.

Great location, wonderful friendly & quirky hotel

We have stayed here once before and chose to go again due to its position and that it is quirky not the usual run of the mill. We had a very good room which had a lounge and separate bedroom both which were large and also had a very large balcony with excellent views of the city. We added breakfast to our room rate and it was an excellent move as the choice and quality were very good. Staff are great - friendly and helpful. All in all a great choice and we would stay again and recommend it. One point to consider is that the corridors to the rooms are narrow and the lift is tiny. One thing that would enhance my stay would be a kettle or coffee maker in the room, By the way, wonderful toiletries in the room which we appreciated.

Family Trip to Valencia

It was perfect accommodations for our family trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. The location was perfect for exploring everything Valencia has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!
