They don’t mention anywhere online when you’re booking that the AC is turned off at 9 am til 6 pm and when it’s on it barely works. The hotel is great but theirs basically no AC. I had to buy a portable Fan to sleep at night cause I was sweating. Worse part is that the windows are bolted shut so I couldn’t even use the outside temperature to cool my room.

The "easy" in their name means easy for them, difficult for you. No phone in the room, so if you need something you had to go down to the front desk. Cleaning only once every 4 days. The AC would turn off every hour during the day and there wasn't a window to open. So, if you left the room at 8:30a and returned at 4p, the room would be hot and stuffy on warm days. Also, checkout was at 10a instead of noon like all the other hotels we stayed at in Spain. They also charged for early check-in, even if it was only 1 hour. Overall, everything they do they try to make it sound like they're doing it for the environment, when in reality it is just for the money. Easy for them, difficult for you.

Hôtel récent propreté et confort de la literie. Très bon accueil et très bon emplacement proche du centre. La climatisation est très faible et impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre Les équipements de la chambre sont restreints pas une petite bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée,pas de gobelet au minimum en carton dans la salle de bains et le sèche cheveux est à réclamer à la réception. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait de devoir payer deux fois 5€ pour déposer nos bagages en attendant d'avoir notre chambre et au départ avant de repartir pour prendre notre vol. C'est la 1ere fois que cela nous arrive !

Un hotel que acaba de abrir y la habitación de 3 personas donde nos alojamos solo tenía 1 banqueta para sentarse 1 persona, 1sola mesita de noche para 3 personas, 2 toallas grandes de baño y 1 pequeña de cara, no tenía un lugar donde poner las maletas y de armario mejor no lo menciono porque no tenia. En fin es un desastre esas condiciones. A destacar, la amabilidad de los recepcionistas.
