Amazing customer service from start to finish, with attentiveness and friendliness always there. Rooms were big, spacious and very clean. Having additional facilities like a kitchen was great too. Fresh fruit selection during breakfast was sweet and tasty. Excellent location in the heart of the city, with restaurants and cultural monuments on the doorstep. The team made my birthday special too and I felt very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again - 10/10!

The front staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and nice. My balcony room was spacious and very clean. The furniture was very comfortable and all amenities such as the cutlery and kitchen equipment was a bonus. A few English speaking channels on tv was great. The breakfast could be better, more variety of yogurts, seasonal whole fruits and the option of cooked oats or eggs. Extra member of staff in the kitchen would help to replenish food as needed. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We had a great stay. 🙂

A big shout out to ALL the staff, who were superb, from reception to housekeeping to breakfast. Great location within 5 mins walk to everywhere of interest, plus wonderful places to eat. Hotel was super clean (sterile) and very well appointed. It has everything you could possibly need. And throw in a kitchenette too !!! The breakfast selection could use a little jazzing up, but for the price, I really can’t complain. Especially given that they will fry eggs or make omelettes for you on demand. But the staff are the icing on the cake!!! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are full of helpful information. Just ask them for advice. So go ahead and book without any worries. You will enjoy your stay.

The location wa superb, the staff was ansolutely incredible. Every person at the front desk was so helpful and accomodating. The hotel was clean, the rooms very comfortable (though i did not love the 2 twin beds pushed together versus a queen bed). I would stay here again and again and again.

Perfect location to explore the best of Valencia. Beautiful property in the middle of El Carmen. Close to the central market and enjoyed hearing the church bells from our balcony.
