The staff and hotel was great, our only downside is that they don’t have an elevator and we had a stroller and my mom hard time with stairs, we asked for a room on the first floor and they said they didn’t had any available, parking also is hard to find you have to park on the street hoping is not full

This is a nice boutique hotel....simply furnished and clean with friendly, helpful employees. The pool is lovely and there are a few nice loungers and sunbeds surrounding it. What we most loved is the location... a half block from Candelaria Park and all the community activity there, and a 5- or 10-minute walk from the central plaza, shopping and restaurants.

Great little gem of a hotel, very walkable to the main square, convenience shops and dining options as well as cafes. Parking is very easy in the road outside the hotel. We arrived late in the day and despite the rain, opted to swim in the pool. Staff were accommodating and handed out towels. We didn't manage to try the breakfast as we had to leave early. Room was clean and with air-conditioning.

It is a beautiful property with an old-world feel to the rooms and the grounds. Easy walking distance to the ADO bus terminal, central plaza, and great restaurants (go for the Tamales @La Palapita, Burrito Amor). For breakfast we opted for the bakery (Tartalette) a few doors down, it was AMAZING! A great place to stay for couples, families or singles.

Our group of 3 stayed here for one night and we wish we had more time here. Valladolid is a beautiful and easily walkable town and we loved exploring around. The property was very peaceful and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
