Located in quiet area , on the ground floor of a building in a famous residence just 7min walking from the sandy beach in Golfe Juan, my apartment is the perfect solution for unforgettable holidays in French Riviera.
Just 1km from downtown Golfe Juan, bus station and SNCF train station which connect you easily to Nice, Cannes and Monte-Carlo/ Monaco.
Everything you need is around: supermarkets, French boulangerie, pharmacy, restaurants, café.
The residence allows you to enjoy the well organised swimming pool, the beautiful garden. You also can play pétanque, using the special place in the residence and tennis, using the tennis courts just next to the residence.

The cozy studio/apartment is approx. 30m2 ,completely renovated and tastefully decorated.
The main space, includes bedroom with comfortable double bed, living room with a sofa and large kitchen. There is a second small room with a single sofa/bed, which makes the apartment perfect for family with a child.
The bathroom includes spacious shower , large closet , towels, hairdryer, all you need to feel comfortable.
You will be able to use full set of luxury linen includes bed sheets, towels and bathrobes.
The kitchen in modern style is equipped with everything you need in case you wish to prepare your breakfast or lunch.
