♡ This oh so cute 5th Wheel Nook awaits you for your getaway. Two day minimum.

♡ There is plenty of space inside and out, to dine in or out. Comfy chairs, a bbq, a picnic table, umbrellas, but doesn’t block out your view to star gaze at night.

♡ If you are lucky to be here during the seasons, mature fruit trees surround the 5th wheel. Mandarin tree November, Peach tree, July, and Blood orange May.

♡ We are located just 1 mile from Hwy 15!

♡ We are surrounded by Wineries & Wedding Venues.

♡ An updated aesthetically cute 5th Wheel Nook.

♡ Ask Alexa, to turn on/off dining lights and the living room lamp and listen to music and more. If you do not want it on, simply unplug the tower. Ty!

♡ The dining/livingroom area has a small dining table and chairs, a horse shoe shaped couch that easily turns into a bed or lounger. Just add the leaf and pull down the cushions and you have an extra bed or extra large couch just to relax or watch television.

♡ The television is a smart tv and we offer Netflix with your reservation. We also have Roku, so truly you'll have many channels to chose from while watching tv at the Nook!

♡ The kitchenette has a stove top with all necessary utensils and pots and pans to make your meals. It's a gas stove and easy peasy to use. There is a Microwave above the stove, but Sorry no Oven currently.

♡ You'll find coffee pods to make with the Keurig, or there are fresh coffee beans to grind and use the reusable filter for brewing. We also offer a variety of Teas. Use the filtered water from the Brita.

♡ The refrigerator/freezer works great, small, but mighty.

♡ The step up off the kitchen leads to the bedroom, bathroom, basin and shower. The bed is a full size bed and very comfy! There are two overhead lights, at the headboard.

♡ The shower dispenser inside has shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

♡ OUTSIDE THE 5th WHEEL NOOK:
The outside livingroom. We've enjoyed our coffee in the mornings with mountain views and 60' tall trees around, in addition to surrounding fruit trees. The bbq island is equipped with propane and ready to cook your scrambled eggs in the morning or burgers for dinner. The gas fire pit, also ready to go ~ just turn on the propane and turn on the pit. The ambiance is definitely a hit!! Wireless speaker is welcome- enjoy the spot playing your own tunes. The code to the passwords is displayed inside the Nook.

♡ EXTRAS FOR GUEST USE:
*Beach towels, beach bags, and beach chairs for beach days.
* There is additional cookware supplies, blenders, available upon request.
*White noise machine.
* Iron and ironing board,
playing cards, Backgammon, and other games can all be found in the cabinets above the dining table.
*Hair dryer is in the cabinet below the bathroom sink.
*Washer & Dryer available upon request for longer stays 7+/days.
