Enjoy a relaxing break in this cosy, modern 35 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure residence in Valras-Plage. Ideal for 4 guests, this air-conditioned flat with a furnished loggia overlooking the pool and two bicycles available is perfect for a holiday in total freedom, just 600 m from the beach.

The apartment includes:
• 1 bedroom with 140 cm storage bed and closets
• Living room with comfortable BZ sofa bed for 2 people, flat-screen TV and DVD player
• Equipped kitchen with dining area: fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, crockery and utensils
• Shower room with shower and toilet
• 18 m² loggia with outdoor lounge and electric plancha, pool view
• Air conditioning and Wi-Fi included
• Two bicycles available
• Shared pool (open from May to October)
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment, the private loggia and the residence pool.
A reserved parking space is included.
⚠️ Access not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The residence is located 600 m from the beach and in the immediate vicinity of:
• Valras-Plage town centre and its summer entertainment
• Markets, shops and restaurants
• Cycle paths accessible directly from the residence

• Shops & restaurants: nearby
• Béziers: 20 minutes by car
• Cap d’Agde: 35 minutes by car
