The property offers 400 m² of private garden with parking and 500 m² of fruit trees, where you can taste oranges, lemons, plums, loquats, figs, or almonds directly from the tree. The fenced garden provides complete privacy and security, with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and several tables to enjoy meals outdoors with mountain views. The entire property has automatic solar lighting.
Inside, you will find everything you need: a living room with sofa, a 65" Smart TV with apps like Samsung TV Plus and YouTube, high-speed internet (600 Mb/s, Wi-Fi and Ethernet), air conditioning/heating in the living room and bedrooms, Hi-Fi sound system, and board games for the family.
