Renovated apartment is located inside the cosy Grand'Ourse Residence, in the Cervinia, Cielo Alto area directly on the ski slopes and directly accessible by ski from the slopes for an average skier. Ideal for winter skiing, summer skiing on the Cervino glacier, cross-country skiing, and for those wishing to access the beautiful ski slopes of Zermatt in Switzerland via direct access with skis from the Italian slopes. The area offers food and wine experiences, spas, golf, summer sports such as mountain biking, trekking, climbing, walking, horseback riding and guided tours of many castles. Located at 2178 m in the mountains, the apartment on the 6th floor can be accessed with a lift. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, communal garden with sun loungers, umbrellas are available. Those travelling by car are reminded to be equipped with chains or winter tires. A launderette and a supermarket can be found in the immediate vicinity.
