The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hot water was great. Very relaxing taking shower. But the room was not well soundproofed. I was woken up by kids yelling at early morning (at about 2-3 am). I could hear neighbours talking sometimes, too. Would recommend to bring earplugs.

Check in was super fast and they let me check in early which was nice after my 10 hour drive. Their lobby is neat complete with magnetic scrabble and outside is giant connect 4. Room was clean and came with a rubber duck. Cute ! I would definitely stay here again.

After a very stressful air Canada strike experience it was wonderful to quickly find a shuttle to the hotel, checked in quickly with very friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable! Nice renovations done since the last time we stayed here. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Common spaces were neat and kept clean. You could however hear everything out of the room. I noticed a pretty large gap between our room door and the frame. That could be the cause. It sounded as though the window was opened a crack but the windows are sealed. Other than that the stay was very pleasant. The airport shuttle service was a huge amenity for us.

We have a late night arrival in the Vancouver airport, which is why I picked it due to its close proximity. It is a bit of an older property, but per many of the reviews our room was clean and the staff was friendly. Dining options were a bit limited, but given that we were leaving in less than 12 hours it was perfect.

I love this place! It's our go-to when we’re flying to and from the Vancouver International Airport. Their customer service is always great to deal with and go the extra mile. Long-term parking is available at a reasonable rate and they have airport shuttle services. It’s a wonderful place to stay.
