Building is old & the rooms are small. I found the area & the building noisy, with noise from the street easily heard and people walking down the hallway above you sounding like a herd of elephants. View from the room is non-descript as one looks out at a cinderblock wall. If you are busy all day & are just sleeping, the linens are clean & you have easy access to the downtown core. Breakfast is a typical continental but good enough most days to give you what you need to get your day started. I should also mention that the rooms are dark as is the breakfast area.

It is very convenient for the harbour area and the events arenas. However the rooms are dark , not very big with a large noisy air con unit beside 1 bed , no drawer space if you are staying for a longer period. Breakfast was fine. Bar downstairs was v noisy

It was convenient.

Room was small and windows faced a wall in an air shaft but it was freshly painted, clean and bed was comfortable. Interactions with staff where pleasant. Negatives where noise from other guests slaming doors and the breakfast area was small, we ended up gojng out for breakfast rather than wait for a table.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to a skytrain station, buses and is walkable to all the shopping you want. The only thing about the hotel I did not like was the water took a long time to get WARM, not hot. I need a hot shower, especially while traveling. The rooms are very small, but cozy, but it can get stuffy and the air conditioner shuts off less than an hour of turning it on and it gets stuffy again. But the location and price made it mostly worth it.

Staff were great, area was what was expected for Vancouver, room was tiny with poor lighting and inconsistent heating, shower and tub were awful, beds comfy and clean, appreciated the mini fridge, breakfast lacked hot protein options. Weird smells perfume/ carpet powderish when exiting the elevator.

It’s an older building so the expectations were not high. When we got to our room though it was soooo cold. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was available until 10. We went down at 9:30 and got the last 2 muffins. Pretty sure the coffee was made at 7 when it started.there were people who came in after us who left disappointed. The make- your -own waffle station was still available

Affordable and the room was comfortable. Bathroom looks like a public washroom but it remains clean and the shower is actually better than most hotels I've been to.
