My husband and I stayed at the EXchange Boutique Hotel April 20-24/2025. We were so happy we chose this hotel. From the friendly staff (concierge, front desk, dining, room cleaners), everyone was amazing, which made our stay more deligjtful. The hotel is beautiful. The resteraunt has the BEST happy hour in town. We would definately stay at this hotel again.

Room was spotless and spacious. We were on 11th floor and had access to the hotel lounge that my children could grab light snacks, sodas, and espresso. The bedding and pillows are soft and high end. The staff in all areas were helpful and friendly.

Like all the downtown areas in the cities I have visited, there are many addicts and homeless in the area. The hotel is very safe once inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was was clean and quiet. The hotel is located downtown 2 blocks away from the waterfront in Vancouver.
