We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed on the Dividend floor in a King suite. The location was ideal for walking and felt safe throughout the day. The staff were attentive and the wine and cheese service in the afternoon was a nice touch. I will say the yogurt parfait for breakfast could have been switched up from day to day, and everything was very dairy product forward. The bed was comfortable, though despite there being a "pillow menu", I found all of the pillow options were too high. It would be nice to have a fluffier feather option available for front sleeping. Our stay came out to roughly $270/night on the highest premium floor, though it looked as though we had the smallest room in their offering, so that felt a bit pricier than we'd expect for the size. The Nespresso machine was appreciated and the turn down service was really nice to come back to after the long day out. Their bath products, being l'Occitane were unfortunately really heavily perfumed, and I think they would do well with switching that out to a more natural product if they want to attract younger clientele. I would definitely stay again but it would be nice to see some slight adjustments to their "elite" offerings.

Clean room, great location, and the staff was wonderful. Next time I’d definitely specify a room with a view, but overall the stay was wonderful.

This is our third stay at the EXchange hotel, and we will definitely be back. The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping within walkable distance. The rooms are well appointed, quiet, and beds comfortable. All staff are friendly and helpful.
