While we appreciated the complimentary EV charging, the experience was far from ideal. There was only one 30A charger, first come, first served — and one car was parked there for 9 hours. We barely got a charge in. For a hotel catering to modern travelers, this setup isn’t sufficient. Management really needs to invest in more (and faster) chargers.

I had a lovely time, it was my first trip solo and the staff was warm and super helpful when I asked for directions and even had a bag emergency(my luggage zipper completely broke). Also loved my king bed in my suite! Recommending to everyone I know when they visit Vancouver.
