Hotel room is very roomy, it doesn’t provide with busboy service at least for the time of my stay, but there are plenty of bellhop carts for guests to use. Room rate is reasonable.

The hotel is a older hotel, but is well kept. The parking garage is detached from the building but $10 a night is a fair price. There is a nice sports bar right next to the hotel. We had a nice corner room on the ninth floor that overlooked downtown Vancouver And we could also see the foothills surrounding the hotel. My only complaint, and it’s minor….. the small outdoor deck attached to our room was very dirty. I had to clean it myself so we could use it. Although I did not use the pool in hot tub, it looked pretty nice. There is also a small fitness center available. The hotel has a restaurant with live music on Friday and Saturday nights.

The hotel is tired. The gym is dated and some of the equipment doesn't work. The towels and linens are nice, staff is friendly, water pressure is very good, but the hotel needs to be refreshed

I wasn’t sure what to expect we generally don’t choose less than 4 stars; but this was really the only hotel in the area. it was fabulous. The staff were amazing and the tub in our room was absolutely massive. The room had lovely little extras. The balcony was a nice touch and the restaurant great. When we checked in the room they gave us wasn’t the best for us so I asked to be moved and they upgraded us we’ll be back it’s a great hotel good price. Thanks
