We were stuck on an elevator for about 30 mins, once we got out, the front desk staff said sorry but didn’t offer any upgrades. Both my daughters and myself are claustrophobic. Also, 2 days in a row we asked for extra towel and would be told yes we will bring extra towels, but never would come back with extra towels. I would never stay here again!

While the lobby looks very nice and upkept. The room on the other hand was not. Very outdated, not cleaned quite right, scuffs and scratches on everything. Not a huge deal, but for the price I was expecting slightly more upkept room details.
