Nice hotel in a convenient location

We stayed here for a weekend. The hotel is very conveniently located, about a 15-minute drive to Vancouver and also about the same time to get to Lynn Canyon. The room was clean and spacious, but it had a stale cigarette smell which we would get used to overnight, but it greeted us every time we returned from exploring. The air conditioner was very noisy. It was mostly white noise, but it would have random clanks every now and then. I slept with earplugs.

I had a great stay! Conveniently located! Clean and friendly staff. My one complaint is the loud AC unit on the 4th floor 1 bedroom King suite. It would turn on (so loud), shut off then would get super warm. Then turn on again - this disturbed my sleep and was their 3 nights. I did not feel well rested.
