We stayed here for 3 nights. They were helpful with early check-in with no charge. Our 1st room had issues with a bunch of fruit flies. Their windows were closed, so no idea where it came from. The evening staff was not helpful and asked us to deal with it in the morning. So we ended up having to sleep in that room. The morning staff asked us to pack our things so they can change our room. Our second room was quite malodorous with old smoking smell. Would not be coming back and would not recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

While it was not the staffs fault for having an entire hockey team stay for a tournament and despite the signs being posted the kids were rowdy. When we checked in our room we noticed that the room was not properly cleaned after talking with the lady at the front desk quickly fixed the mistake and switched our rooms as well as comping our breakfast and parking which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was right the beds were nice the tv a little outdated kinda sad we couldn’t hook up our streaming services but not a big deal. All in all it was a decent stay.

Convenient location for guest visiting Vancouver or Burnaby. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Staff members were pleasant and efficient. Restaurant served excellent meals. I will stay at this hotel again.

We were woken up at 7:30am on a Sunday by contractors doing work on a landing right outside of our room window. It shook our floor in our room and was quite loud. Our room also wasn’t very clean there was a dark red smudge on our headboard and a few other unclean things in the room. When we told the front desk about being woken up by the noise they just said there were a few complaints and had told them to stop working for the time being (it was going on for at least half an hour) It is conveniently located close to the sky train and restaurants so that is a good part. I however won’t be staying here again.

So pricey for an outdated rooms. You have to pay even for a water bottle, no complimentary water bottle for the guests. The rooms & furniture are outdated.
