Great location, close to waterfront bike paths, with great views well worth paying for a little more (harbor). Rooms are large and well equipped, However, hotel is outdated a little, but premium priced, from rooms to hotel restaurants. The pool is small and crowded, in a shade, with very little sunshine in August.

The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is timeless downtown luxury. The grand lobby and quiet, well-appointed rooms set a refined tone. It’s perfect for great shopping and eating options—Robson Street boutiques and the Pacific Centre are just steps away, with a wide array of restaurants nearby. On-site dining and the lobby bar offer polished fare in a welcoming setting. A superb base for exploring Vancouver; We will happily return.

Amazing location with exceptional staff. The corner rooms featuring Japanese tubs are a real highlight. Highly recommended! Every single part of our experience at the Pacific Rim was truly wonderful! We stayed for a total of 3 nights at this hotel and had booked the Deluxe two Queen Bed Room! If we can give one advice, it’s that we definitely recommend a stay here. The staff, the hotel, and every other detail was carefully articulated. As you went past workers, each person said a polite “Hi/ How are you” increasing engagement and creating a welcoming environment. The restaurants, the hotel area, and all features inside were beautifully arranged, ensuring comfort and convenience. As per the rooms, every detail was so well thought. There was proper water, coffee, and other amenities obviously available and they were restocked immediately when needed! The hotel also has a messaging service where you can text hotel guest services for anything you may need, any questions you may have, or other details. This is available at anytime, 24/7! The staff is also very kind when providing anything extra for comfort. We had requested a blanket around 2:30 in the morning, and it was delivered almost immediately! Anytime we also needed extra coffee mugs or water, staff was always available to provide it. Furthermore, the rooms were very clean and well furnished to have the latest facilities. They charged us for something we didn’t use for over a 100$ I’ve stayed at fairmont multiple times and really didn’t like the experience this time. As it wasn’t communicated to us and after checkout we get a surprise charge
