The hotel itself was great. Rooms qere spacious and offered us the opportunity to cool a few meals with the insuit kitchen. The staff, mostly friendly, but a couple left a sour taste in our mouth.

This hotel was in a safe area. It was very clean. The AC was tricky to use and wasn’t working very well for us. Otherwise, everything else was great. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. We appreciated the proximity to our ferry dock, about fifteen or twenty minutes away. The breakfast was good too.

This hotel was just ok. For the money, it should have offered more. The room was ok. The sofa bed was not comfortable enough to sleep on. The microwave oven was very testy, and we barely got it to work well enough to warm food (after many frustrating attempts). The refrigerator did not cool the food, and the freezer did not freeze thoroughly, even after leaving water in it overnight. The breakfast was good. The pool was small and cold, and it was closed for the first couple days of our trip. The exercise room was ok, with weights and one bike, one treadmill, and one elliptical. The TV didn't work in the exercise room, and there were no pool towels when we went once (and lots of towels waiting to be cleaned another time I was there). I am still not sure about the total charges applied to my credit card. They charged my card a couple of days before we got there, and now the current pending charge is quite a bit more than what I reserved it for. I would not recommend the area, but it was the cheapest hotel with ok access to Vancouver.

The location was easy to navigate and conveniently close to the ferry. The facility felt clean and safe overall, though we did find a bit of leftover trash in our room. Still, it was clean enough to be comfortable. Check-in was friendly, and they offer complimentary items like basic toiletries in case you forgot something. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for our family of six.
