We had a late evening meeting to attend near the hotel. Complimentary parking is included. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was included. Friendly staff welcomed us to check in. Every time we walked by the front desk, they recognized us and greeted. That made us feel very special. The room was clean, roomy, comfortable & clean bed, nice lightings, quiet, and safe area around. Breakfast was variety of choices. All time coffee and hot water service were nice as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Surrey during our trip to Vancouver and were very pleased! The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed - especially the comfortable bed and the quietness despite the proximity to the highway. The reception staff were very friendly and ready to help at any time. Parking is free, which is also a big plus. Downtown Vancouver is a 20-25 minute drive away. Excellent value for money - I recommend this hotel for both business trips and family holidays!

King Suite+jet tub review

King suite was very comfy, by day 3 of our trip, it genuinely felt like home. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were soft and perfect to sleep in. Body soap, shampoo and conditionner were plentiful, so were the little free extras you could ask at the front desk. Saved me a boring trip to the pharmacy. The front desk service was amazing, we signed up to not be bothered by room service, and they delivered perfectly! And to make it even better, when we made demands for extra towels and supplies, the front desk immediately sent them our way without any hassle. The bathtub took a moment to fill, but it was worth the warm cozy water and the jet massage. The bathroom mirror and the lighting was perfect for any makeup lovers, almost made me want to buy one for myself. My only dislikes was the TV : awkward viewing position, and the channels were honestly just quite boring. No way to check the guides and browse whats going on unless you turn of the tv and wait through the very slowly scrolling preview. We ended up using it more as a background noise while we prepared to go out.
