Fantastic Stay at the Belmont Hotel! We had a wonderful stay at the Belmont Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our room was spotless, with clean and well-maintained amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep after a long day. The hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Great service at a quaint boutique hotel

Loved this hotel. Online check in was convenient and I was presented with a little bag of goodies when I arrived along with a coupon for a free happy hour drink at the adjoining bar. I had mentioned it was my birthday and a staff member delivered a handwritten card and some complimentary beverages to my room. I was attending an event downtown and the hotel was a perfect location. It’s a few blocks from the train line to the airport too. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Really nice finishes in the shower. Bed and pillows were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. Room was quiet, spacious enough, with no maintenance issues. Location is perfect. Attached restaurant/bar is convenient, including for breakfast. Sure the neighborhood is “urban” but no different than in any other big city and at no point did I feel unsafe, even walking around at 2 am. Would stay there again.

Staff were very friendly. There is always someone there 24/7 at the front desk. It is a busy street on Nelson so it does get really loud at times on the Main Street. Cleanliness was 3.5/5 because the room looked a bit old and the restroom had marks and stuff on the walls. Place is walkable to all the main shuttle walks to Hyatt for whistler, sea to sky gondola, and all the major tourist locations. You don’t rlly need to uber or Lyft if you’re okay walking around for 20-30 min. Staff were very helpful and always had everything in hand when requested. Would not stay here if you have a family.

This property is extremely misrepresented in your website. We arrived at the site at checkin at 3 pm. Drug addicts shooting up at door of site and lying on laneway in back of site. Parking in an outside area off laneway where drug people lying around. Very unsafe. My daughter and I were there for an evening class that necessitated walking home a few blocks after 9pm. Could not stay here safely. Booked another hotel where we did feel safe. Notified Belmont that we would not be staying at their hotel. Strongly suspect feedback on facility has been planted! We booked here because of info on your site. It has no bearing on reality
