It’s super convenient for someone who has an early morning flight. Their shuttle to the airport starts at 4am. Room was clean and hallway smells good.

No hot water shower was freezing. They promote a free shuttle to the airport. They only take 5 people we had to take a cab. We could havevstayed elsewhere once you factored in cab pricing in lieu of shuttles Tried to call the desk about hot water was on hold over 17 minute gave up and checked out

Very dated hotel, no frills, but inexpensive and close to airport. Honestly, probably wouldnt go walking around the hotel area late at night cause seemed a bit sketch. But room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfy. Had a nice coffee mahcine at front lobby for my early morning shuttle departure. I only stayed one night, and I would do it again.

I booked this hotel because it offered shuttle to and from airport but when we got their on our delayed flight the shuttle had just stopped running so we had to taxi to hotel, then when we got to hotel they informed the morning shuttle was full already so we had to pay again for a taxi back to the airport. that was quite disappointing as this is mainly why i booked this hotel.

This hotel is a decent option for a quick overnight stay near the airport. The rooms are basic, and the lighting could be significantly improved (it was quite dim). On the plus side, the bathroom appears to have been recently renovated with more space and a spacious, clean shower, though the showerhead itself wasn't the best. The hotel offers a convenient airport shuttle, but be sure to book your spot early as they fill up quickly. We missed our preferred 6 am shuttle due to this and had to take the 7 am one. Downstairs, there's a nice coffee machine (though the quality was inconsistent during our stay – great one day, just warm milk the next) and the added convenience of a mini-mart and restaurant. Overall, not a luxurious experience, but practical for a short layover.

Terrible shuttle service and customer service

We experienced terrible shuttle service at this hotel and horrible customer service. We booked this hotel after a trip to Whistler to catch a few hours of sleep before our early flight out of YVR. We specifically selected this hotel because it had a shuttle service with both late night and early morning hours. Not only did the shuttle miss our stop at the international terminal, but the hotel made us wait an additional hour for another shuttle to arrive. Finally, when we made it to the hotel at 11:30 pm, we tried to schedule an early morning shuttle at 4:30 am to catch our 6:30 am flight. We were told the morning shuttle was full and they would not arrange transportation to the airport. I had called earlier that day to book the shuttle, but was informed that I could only book upon arrival and would be guarenteed a shuttle. We emailed the manager after this terrible experience and never received a response. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It would have saved us more money and time to book a more expensive hotel with better customer service and a reliable shuttle service.
