Every single room listing for this hotel states that valet is included, yet I was charged for valet upon checkout. I provided the hotel with the room listing details, including screenshots of the room rates and inclusions, but because the confirmation email from Hotels.com doesn’t itself state that parking is incudes, they refuse to honour what is advertised. It’s been a terrible experience and increased the cost of my stay by over 20%.

The staff were exemplary, housekeeping service was the best, the location and proximity to sky train station and Yaletown could not have been better, the restaurant and bar service was second to none This sounds very flowery, but it is actually true!!

Attentive and pleasant staff. Very clean, bright room. Good neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel entrance is across from the subway to downtown or the airport, adds a lot of convenience. Will definitely stay here again.
