Everyone was unbelievably helpful. I have never seen a hotel work so hard to please guests. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable and the area around the hotel is both beautiful and fun.

Wonderful hotel!

This is our second time staying at Opus. Love this boutique hotel! The staff is wonderful--special shout our to Front Office Mgr., Scott and to front desk person Patricia. Everyone is warm and helpful. I didn't have enough room in my suitcase for clothes I'd bought while in BC and Patricia went out of her way to find a box and then boxed them up and sent them back to our home. The rooms are cheerful and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Ordered room service and their French Toast was scrumptious. We plan to stay at Opus each time we're in Vancouver. There's also a Starbucks across the street for great inexpensive oatmeal. Many thanks to the wonderful staff for making our time so enjoyable.

Love this area of the city, nice to walk around at night and catch a ferry in the day. Comfortable rooms and great bar with happy hour downstairs.

This is our second time staying here and I love this hotel. From the welcome glass of sparkling rose to the signature scent of the hotel, and the warm smiles from the staff we had an amazing weekend here. The location is central and the beds are so comfortable. My only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer.

LOVED this hotel stay!!

I cannot say enough about how much I loved our stay at the Opus hotel. The check-in process was a breeze, I was greeted by a glass of sparkling rose and my valet service was quick and straightforward. We had a couple of breakfast credits to use towards the restaurant so we got to enjoy an incredible breakfast the next morning! The room was clean and well-lit, nice and cool, and very quiet especially considering how central the hotel is. I have stayed at a lot of hotels around Vancouver, and the Opus is now one of my top choices. Highly recommend.
