We stayed the night before our cruise, and then the day we came back from our cruise. After a long, exhausting day in Vancouver, we finally reached the hotel the day before our cruise. They accepted our luggage before we checked in and held it until we were able to check in. They actually let us check in early as our rooms were ready. It was so welcomed. They delivered the bags to our rooms, it worked out so well.

Loved the location but the elevator situation was extremely frustrating and awful. We waited over 20-30 mins each time trying to use it and ended up taking the steps down 16 floors with someone with bad knees.

I love staying at the PanPacific Vancouver, whenever I visit Vancouver I stay at the PanPacific. The views are incredible, the staff are very friendly. Pool is wonderful. 2 out of 4 elevators were not working this was due to Otis elevator company delay with parts.
