The check-in staff was professional, and the response from the room via phone was excellent. While the hotel has an older charm, it is well maintained. The breathtaking view of Coal Harbour adds to the overall experience.

Beautiful property with delightful personnel ~ from the bell staff to the front desk to the people at Oceans 999, everyone we came into contact with was polite, kind, and smiling. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked with fresh food in wide variety. We enjoyed every minute!!

Very friendly staff…Everyone always happy. Only disappointment was when we returned 2nd day, we had no maid service that day, so had to call down for fresh towels, coffee , etc, and clean up room and make beds etc when we were tired. I am sure that if we insisted we could have had it done, but we were both tired after a full day out.

The location is very good but the property is starting to look a little aged. As well, being connected to the convention center you have to walk through a huge area when coming into the hotel from parking. Service was very good and food was excellent. The room and view were beautiful.

Convenient location, food court and restaurants nearby. SkyTrain station very close. Easy access to airport and everywhere. Buses were close by as well. The staff was incredibly helpful. Was offered room early when arrived at check-in and late check-out. Was given room upgrade to harbour view room. Pity sauna did not work. But all in all excellent stay.

This hotel is the best I have stayed in Vancouver. The room price is reasonable and have great ocean view. One thing I have to mention is they have very trustworthy room service. After I checked out and drove back home, I found I left one of my AirPod earphone in the hotel room. So I contacted the hotel through email. Within a day, they found it and mailed it to me. I would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future!
