Reservation not honored

I never got the room I ordered and paid for. I paid for a king bed and when we checked in all they had were double beds. They apparently gave our room away because another room had a leak. There’s a big difference in price between a king room and a double bed room and I wanted compensation. It was late and I had no energy to look for another hotel so the manager offered me $100 refund to take the double bed room. He ran my credit card to give me the credit but I never received the refund. It seems like they went through the motions but never completed the transaction. I will be contacting hotels.com for assistance in obtaining my credit.

Worst Hotel Ever! I was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the room. The moment we walked in, we were hit with an overpowering, stale cigarette smell. It was clear the room was supposed to be non-smoking, but the odor was deeply embedded in the carpets and curtains. This made the room feel incredibly unclean. The carpets themselves had noticeable stains, which only added to the feeling of filth. We found the room to be unsuitable for our stay and would not recommend it to others. We have to go to book another hotel . The manager's response was polite and helpful when the issue was reported.
It was clear the room was supposed to be non-smoking, but the odor was deeply embedded in the carpets, very dirty carpets, we checked other rooms and all of them were the same. The photos on the website do not reflect the actual rooms or amenities.
We was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the room. The moment we walked in, we were hit with an overpowering, stale cigarette smell. We couldn't stay and have to cancel the reservation. beds are not queen size are full size for 4.
The conditions in different rooms were unacceptable. The rooms were filthy. The carpet were heavily stained and appeared not to have been deep-cleaned recently. The entire room, including the curtains, reeked of old cigarette smoke

Just a really nice hotel with amenities where you didn’t feel like everything was an up charge. Service was great. Like how hotels used to be before everything experiential was stripped away for cost savings.

Great location near cruise port, Plenty of cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms need maintenance, glass door onto balcony needs new wheels and runners so you don't have to fight to open it and outer balcony glass door needs the same, just about need a crowbar to get it open and close, wasn't just our room we could hear people struggling to open these doors all around us.
