The Pinnacle Hotel was a great choice for us! The location was perfect after getting off the cruise ship, and our harbour view from the seventh floor was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, and we were even able to extend our checkout — such a great place to stay!

The lighting in the bathroom was very dim - small “candelabra” type bulbs over the sink - hard to apply makeup by candle light. The cozy robes that were furnished last year were missing. Otherwise, all was fine - love the view of the active harbor.

Over all ok. Nice Gym. But swimming pool was not that good. I had requested to warm my food but they did not have a microwave and asked me to get it done from the closest 7-Eleven. That was too pathetic response. I had booked for the harbor view room and paid extra for it but I was given a room in 4th floor which did not have great views .
