On the first night, we stayed in a corner room on the 5th floor, and some machine vibration noise woke us up at 2-3am. We stayed awake after that. I went downstairs to talk about this issue to the front desk, and the front desk said he would let the manager go inside the room to check; I said there was my partner who was sleeping, but they didn't mind going in anyway at 4 am. He offered us two buffet breakfast tickets and offered to change rooms for us. I called the front desk, and he said he didn't know about my side of the story, in this case, switch room. But we did it anyway at around 5 am. They gave us a double-bed room whereas we had a king-bed room before, but it's fine. We turned on the heating because it was cold; however, the machine sound of the heater was so loud that I couldn't even go back to sleep again. I waited until the next day, thinking it might improve. All seemed fine until midnight; it started making a tremendous noise that made me wake up again, and my partner had a very bad sleep because of the noise the whole night. All I can say is Jesus Christ, I can't believe a four-star hotel can be this bad.

Great location for shopping, entertainment, close to the Hullo boat and Harbour air. Only suggestion would be to have someone in the parkade to help you find your car it took us almost 45 mins as the parking lot goes for blocks underground which we had no idea about.

This hotel has everything you need. The staff are friendly and the rooms are a good size. My one note for the hotel though is that the pool didn't seem overly clean. Everything else was wonderful though!

We stayed at the Harbourfront for a conference nearby, it was great. Very close and easy to walk, beautiful view, and the dining restaurant was great for the breakfasts we had there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
