Ok hotel, mostly friendly staff

One of the front desk ladies was rude. We prepaid for 3 rooms and had to give 2 separate deposit (idk why not all 3 or only 1 deposit). One of rooms had a leak in the bathroom from the fan. Had to be upgraded, but it happened within a half hour of checking in. The rooms were freezing. Picked this hotel as it was close to casino where we attended a concert. Good location. Other staff were good and helpful

Unfortunately we were put in a room with a conjoining door to a room that was very loud past midnight (kids and parents yelling) that woke us and our toddler up multiple times as we had an early wake up. Staff was great at telling them to quiet down. Our bathroom and fridge were not clean but the staff was great. They fixed our TV and supplied us with extra coffee.

Location is decent. 2 beds, a heater, AC and a working shower. Tap leaked Tiles were grimy Corners of the bathroom showed signs of black mold. Cleaning Staff opened our door when they didn't see the DND sign. No knock.

Shower didn’t work, notified front desk when checking out and asked for compensation and was told no, the response from the front desk clerk “ of course not!” Stained comforters, wallpaper peeling in spots, alot of extension cords being used to connect lights and clocks, tv. Over all I would not recommend this hotel.

While our stay was adequate this property is in bad need of a renovation. Taps in the bathroom are failing , the shower rod was very loose, so much so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed properly. The tv is really out of date and the channel selection reminded me of the 1980s…

Decent hotel but nothing fancy

Pros: Friendly staff and pretty good location. The lobby is nice and the price is right. Cons: Old interior, bathroom in the room was really dated (rusty in places, stained shower area), the mattress was worn, and the pool has seen better days.

Ive never seen such a shady group of people staying at a hotel. Ive been to hotels with shady people but they keep up the appearence of being normal. The people here were just straight up the dregs of society. Coming up to your room and asking for money, yelling and screaming high on something outside your door, i didnt even want to walk the hallways. Maybe thats just the state of the city today. No thanks. Ill pay double to not be anywhere near these people.
