Maintenance of the property is not very good, my floor was dirty, the chair had a ripe in it, front desk never answered the phone and I was in my room for over an hour when I realized that the exterior door was not locked, not a good thought if I had gone to bed before realizing it.

Midnight arrival

I was very late arriving. The front desk staff - and advance online checkin - made it super easy. The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. As a bonus, it is easy to get to from major highways.

Ramada wasn’t very quiet. It had phenomenal service the people they were great nothing gluten-free that I could eat, unfortunately but they did find my diamond earring that I lost in the bed which made me super happy.

The property was clean and sufficient for our needs and offered amenities and access to snacks. The pool and hot tub were clean and well cared for. There was an issue with tiny ants in the bathroom; then there were small insects entering the room through an electrical socket plate that was askew; but we didn't notice that until we were leaving.

Mold

When we arrived the fridge was not working but they fixed that situation. Arriving in our room there was visible water damage down the one wall. The wallpaper was peeling and black mold was visible. There was also black mold around the entire window. The room smelled musty and damp. The second night it sounded like there was someone walking around and working on the roof above our room which started around 11:00 pm. We were not told ahead of time that there would be work done above our room.
