The area around the hotel is full of homelessness and there is a lot of smell. The front desk staff were not very helpful when we asked where to park our rental car. The elevator takes forever so we hiked the stairs each time. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Ironic name for the “Quality” Inn. The hot water didn’t work — they tried to fix it, but it wouldn’t stay hot. The heater was dirty and noisy, and the nightclub underneath made it impossible to sleep. They did let me switch rooms, which was quieter, but still loud.

On day one we woke up with no tv service and no hot water. They told us the repair would take15-20mn. It did not get fixed until after 2pm. Our room smelled musty and gross, although the hallways and main areas smelled clean. Homeless would come in the lobby and take the free coffee in the evening. The staff were friendly, but offered no compensation for not having hot water or tv for half a day.

Staff amazing! Area of the city? Brutal. Acutely condition of the hotel? Basic at best. Carpets are way overdue to be removed, tub (jetted, yes, jetted) are brown? (?), curtains from 1973, and the list goes on. Again, staff were great, and the bed was comfortable but I did not look too closely regarding the cleanliness as I could not afford to change hotels. Would have expected much more (much much more) for $350 a night.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The hallways stink badly, loud loud music late into the night from a bar below the hotel, and sketchy people hanging outside the hotel

Great stay!

Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby! Bed was comfy, if you're on the front side of the building I think the street noise and club nearby might be quite loud, but we were in the second tower back and the noise was audible but wasn't disruptive. Easy to walk or Uber to many locations.

Floor in bathroom was sticky. Toilet kept running, room was very small for the price. No fridge, vending machines beverages were very warm. Breakfast buffet was cold. Ordering food in the evening there was a beetle crawling on the bar of the restaurant.
