What I like is it is near reataurants and grocery stores. there are also convenient stores within the block. What I don't like is you have to practically walk in your swimwear across the lobby from the pool to get to your rooms. Most of the equipments in the gym are broken and ancient. The pool is very tiny but I like it has both sauna and steam room. It would have been nicer if there was a direct access to a shower and change room from the pool. The front staff didn't give us any directions and any introduction as to what are the available amenities since it was my family's first time to book in the place. We were also told there was no airport shuttle. It would have been more convenient otherwise.

Clean fully stocked rooms, friendly staff, walkable area. Only issue is security. Both the elevators and the underground parking are public meaning you do not need a room key to access either. Parking i can understand but the elevators need to be updated.
