The Property is in a quiet Neighbour Hood close to Stanley park and walking distance to the Harbour front. We had a 1 bedroom suite, it was very clean and the kitchen was well equipt. Check in was fast and we were able to check in before 15:00 hrs. The Queen bed was comfortable for 1 person, there was no way the 2 of us could have slept comfortable in it. the Sofa bed was ok for 2 nights for 1 person. My biggest issue was the Room doors had a gap around it, i could see light from the hallway and the slightest noise could be heard, no noise issues in the bedroom. The location was fabulous, many little restaurants and bike rentals, grocery store ,Pharmacy around all in walking distance. Would i stay again, yes for a short stay, if they deal with the doors I would consider longer. the price/ value ratio was good.

Stayed one day and had booked a 2 room suite. Clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Arrived after a cruise and were able to check in a couple of hours early. One of the bathrooms wasn't done being cleaned so housekeeping took care of that for us promptly. Very small parking spaces but nice that they had them. Otherwise street parking was tight. Walkable to busy street with market and restaurants.

We loved the 2 bedroom suite! Perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and staff was easily reachable for questions. We didn’t realize there wasn’t air conditioning in the unit but they did provide a portable AC that worked really well! They also provided a pack n play which was convergent for us and our son to sleep. The location is excellent right next to Stanley park and a few blocks away from a main strip of restaurants. Close enough to walk but far enough to be in a quiet, neighborhood. We loved it here! Highly recommend!

The property is older, and the bedroom is very small, but is very clean and I have no complaints. The location is perfect - on the edge of Stanley Park, 2 blocks from the main road with many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery options. The closest hop on/off bus stop is about 1/2 mile away, and English Bay beach is a 3-block walk.

The building is not a hotel with a reception area open after 3 or 4pm. I arrived about 830pm and had to read signs about onto call for after hours emergencies. Checking in hardly seems like an emergency but then it took 5 tries with 5 different people over 20 minutes to get checked in over the intercom. Finally another first let me in and found an envelope with room access cards in a lockbox with my name. While the light went green at the door it did not open. It was jammed. Finally I hipcheckrdnthe door with force and got in. I should have known the property would be run down: there is a rezoning sign in front. The location is excellent and the place clean but so worn. In the morning I went out to get coffee and got locked out again: apparently my cell phone demagnetized it and so I was locked out again. Hopeless!
