Great hotel and the BEST staff!

Staff was amazing and helpful. Everyone there was great. Only problem was the air conditioning in the room. Did not get a comfortable temp until our last day. Even then it would only get down to 70 in room. I like a cold a room. It was 74 most of the time.

One of the most beautiful rooms i've stayed in Canada..staff ia super attentive. True 5 star all around. Restaurants on site are amazing, especially the terrace. Will be my go to for Vancouver from now on.

The hotel, room, service, and staff were excellent. The only knock is that the restaurants were a little overpriced. It’s a great location being so close to the skytrain as well.

I don't like the hotel's policy of preassigned rooms. when a guest arrives early, they are told that their room is not ready, and will have to wait, even though there are made-up rooms of equal value available. I had to arrive early because a single seat was medically necessary and the only convenient such AC flight leaves Toronto at 8:45 am. I told the the hotel about early arrival the day before arriving. So why couldn't 'my' room have been ready? Or, why could I not have been given an equivalent room with no backtalk?

I neither knew it was a VIP property for Expedia nor I received any benefit. The staff was very friendly and polite. Room service was lightning fast. Finally, I had a last minute change in plan and had to cancel one night, and they did cancel it without charging me. Super happy with this gesture.
