The bathub drain was completely clogged upon arrival. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room could definitely use a better cleaning. It was kitchenette suite but the layout makes the room feel small and cramped.

I had come off a 20 hour trip with no sleep. The first person at the desk I spoke to did not really care and did nothing to help my situation. However after he left a nice lady at the desk helped me get a room for which I was very greatful. For this reason I will stay here again next time.
