Clean, upgraded, spacious. No free breakfast, but it’s a suite. You can make your own. There are grocery stores, bakeries, etc. nearby. Also it’s a tall building, easily recognizable, just in case you have a bad sense of direction like me.

For the price we paid our room was really out dated. The wall paper was falling off the walls. The drawers smelled of mold and one was moist and wet. And the room bedroom was extremely hot with no ac.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty! A huge shoutout to Teresa at the front desk, who not only welcomed me with warmth and charm but also surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to the penthouse suite—yes, the penthouse! Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The suite was absolutely breathtaking—spacious, impeccably clean, and with views that made me gasp every time I opened the curtains. Speaking of clean, I have to give a special thank you to Ava, the housekeeper on the penthouse floor, who was not only meticulous but also incredibly kind and thoughtful. Every little detail was perfect, and it made all the difference. Every interaction with the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuine. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel both pampered and at home. Teresa and Ava, thank you both for making my Vancouver getaway feel extra magical. I’ll definitely be back—and bringing friends!

Very nice rooms. The only thing I would like to see the next time I stay is the building on the outside needs painting and patio's deck needs cleaning. Other than that everything else is very good.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Value for money was the best in the city. Entire suite, including washer, dryer and kitchenette, crazy, comfortable beds, and in a great area of the city! We would love to return.
