The hotel is clean, and has many places around it to shop and eat. However, the construction outside my window that was supposed to be between 10am and 3pm started at 6:45 am with the crew yelling at eachother and then hammering, sawing and building a false wall using power tools was very loud. There is a buzzing sound throughout the hotel that was hard to sleep through

Lots of pot being smoked at the hotel door. Staff need to move guests away who smoke pot mit everyone likes the smell. Otherwise great location. Handy to food shops etc.

The hotel is located in the center of downtown Vancouver where you can easily find restaurants and other stores. The workers are nice to the customers and they do offer parking for $20 a day. I also got my damage deposit right away which was a plus.

The hotel was good, location was great. But it was frustrating at check-in when their machine wouldn’t work to provide the damage deposit saying there was something wrong with my card. Turned out it was their machines. There was a plug air freshener that was very strong and could smell it in the room. For people with allergies, it would have been better to have an essential oil type freshener than a Glad one full of chemicals. I also won’t use anything in the kitchen, everything seemed questionable in sense of cleanliness. Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean. A good place for a short stay.
