Swimming pool was not working. Staff was on strike. No room cleaning and services provided. Three nights of inconvenience. Only breakfast, no other dine in was open during staff strike. Booked through Expedia. Nobody bothered to call me of ongoing strike and swimming pool maintenance. No wonder staff is on strike for poor working conditions. No thanks.
