Comfortable stay

The room itself is a big enough space. The beds are comfortable. Room service is very responsive to our requests of room clean up and towel replacements.

Hotel was very nice and clean, house keeping staff was nice but front desk are not polite and humble. I had hand injury and kids and wife were busy with packing stuff so I tried to get trolly usually they are on each hallway but was not there so I requested to front desk if they can send one to my floor they rejected rudely.
